How does the free trial work?

First-time subscribers to Pro or Pro Plus get a free trial. A payment method is required to start it, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel any time before then in Manage Billing. Each account is eligible for one trial.

Do annual plans include a year of usage up front?

No. Annual plans are billed once a year, and your allowance renews every calendar month — the same monthly allowance as the monthly plan.

What counts toward my allowance?

An analysis counts once its first batch of comments is processed, and every comment processed counts toward your monthly comment allowance. Invalid links, unavailable videos, and videos with comments turned off don’t count.

Will every comment on a video be analyzed?

Each plan analyzes up to a set number of comments per video, subject to your monthly allowance. If a limit is reached, you keep the questions found so far and the results are clearly marked as partial.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel in Manage Billing. Stripe shows the new price, when the change takes effect, any proration, and your next billing date before you confirm. After canceling, paid access continues until the end of the current period.
